A steady start.
- 8 LinkedIn posts a month (about 2 a week)
- Voice Guide and monthly topic plan
- 1 round of changes per post
- Simple monthly summary
We turn your own stories and opinions into clear LinkedIn posts, every week. You approve each one and publish it from your own account.
No payment details and no obligation for the sample. Chat and email only, no calls.
Leaders of growing businesses who have real things to say and no time to write them down.
Three steps. Most of your time goes into step one.
Fill in a short form (about 25 minutes) or send voice notes. Share your stories, views and examples of how you write. We send you a free sample post first.
We write a one-page guide to how you sound, including words you use and words you never use. You approve it before we draft anything.
Drafts arrive each week, ready to copy. Edit anything. Nothing goes out until you approve it, and you post it yourself.
Monthly retainers in US dollars. Cancel before the next month starts. No set-up fee.
A steady start.
Regular presence, and your comments covered.
LinkedIn as a main channel.
Invoices are in US dollars. Business clients outside Malta are invoiced without Maltese VAT. See the FAQ for details. Payment is by card through Stripe, and the payment buttons go live soon. Until then, write to us and we will send an invoice.
We use AI to draft. The stories, facts and decisions stay yours.
We do not invent facts, numbers, clients or quotes. We do not post for you, log into your account, use fake profiles or run bots. LinkedIn asks members to post from their own real profile, and that is how we work.
We are new, so there are no client logos or testimonials on this page. We would rather earn them than make them up.
These are examples only. They are made-up illustrations of format and tone. They are not from real clients and describe no real results.
Last week a customer asked me a question I could not answer.
I said so, and promised to find out. It took two days. I think that honest answer did more for trust than a fast, vague one would have.
What is one thing you stopped pretending to know?
Three questions I ask before I say yes to any new project:
Short list. It saves me a lot of regret.
Answer five short questions. You will get one sample post, written from your answers, within 3 working days. No payment details. No obligation.
That is the point of the Voice Guide. We build it from your answers and your own writing, and you approve it before we draft. You also approve every draft. If a draft does not sound like you, tell us what is wrong and we update the guide.
Yes. Nothing is published without your approval, and we never post for you or log into your account. You copy the draft and post it from your own LinkedIn account, or use LinkedIn's own scheduling.
Your free sample post arrives within 3 working days of your answers. On a monthly plan, drafts arrive each week, on a day we agree with you at the start.
Yes. Plans are monthly. Tell us by email before the next month starts and you will not be charged for it. A month that has already started is not refunded, except where the law says otherwise.
Invoices are in US dollars. Business clients outside Malta are invoiced without Maltese VAT. For businesses in the EU, the invoice shows "reverse charge" and your VAT number, so please send it to us at the start. Businesses outside the EU are invoiced without Maltese VAT as well. Any VAT that the law requires is shown on your invoice.
No. Chat and email only, no calls. Everything works by form, email or voice note.
You do. We keep no rights to the content written for you. See the terms.
We use your answers only to write for you. We do not sell or share them. You can ask us to delete your data at any time. See the privacy notice.
Legal, medical or financial advice, anything you cannot stand behind, and anything that breaks your employer's or a regulator's rules. We also cannot promise any results from LinkedIn.
Chat and email only. Write to hello@nibharbor.com and you will get a written reply.
